Will I be charged extra when I change my plan?

No, you will not be extra charged when you change your plan. Shopify subscriptions docs:

  • When a merchant upgrade to a more expensive subscription, Shopify prorates the amount of the charge with the same billing cycle
  • When a merchant downgrade to a cheaper subscription, Shopify generates a prorated app credit for the merchant while retaining the same billing cycle
Can I have a refund?

Yes, you can. We offer 30-day Money Back Guarantee, which are applicable for the following circumstances:

  • You do not wish to continue the subscription after the first month
  • You cancel the paid plan before the first circle ends
  • You forget cancel trial period or have accidentally choose the paid plan without using it in the first month
When will I get charged after the trial ends?
The subscription will be automatically added to Shopify billing cycle and billed right after the trial ends according to Shopify subscription charges
